Anticipated Trouble at Cairo.

In view of a probably early attack upon Cairo and Bird's Point, a very heavy shipment of rifle, musket and cannon cartridges were shipped from this city to Cairo last night. We also learn that all our troops now stationed in North Missouri are to move at once to Cairo and Bird's Point. Gen. Pope has told the people living along the line of the Hannibal and St. Joseph Railroad that he will hold them responsible in their persons and property for any damage done to the road. Col. Turchin's regiment left last night for Cairo, and the balance of the regiments in North Missouri will immediately follow. Unless the rebels back down, we may reasonably expect that our Western boys will soon have some warm work to do.
